ByeByeTicket is a mobile application designed to help drivers stay safe by alerting them when they are exceeding the speed limit. The app displays the driver’s current speed and, when available, the speed limit for the road they are traveling on.

a. Location Data
We use your GPS location solely to determine:
- Your current driving speed
- The speed limit of the road (when available)
We do not store, share, or transmit your location data to any third party. Location data is processed in real time and is used only for core features of the app.
b. Personal Data
- Email address (for account and referral features)
- Device ID (for app analytics and subscriptions)
c. Usage and Diagnostic Data
- Crash logs and app interaction data (to improve performance)
- Receipt data (if participating in the ByeByeDepense game)
3. Accuracy of Speed Limit Data
Speed limit data is sourced from third-party providers and may occasionally be unavailable or inaccurate. In such cases:
- The app may not display any speed limit
- Displayed limits may differ from those posted on the road
It is the user’s responsibility to follow the legally posted speed signs at all times.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
ByeByeTicket offers optional paid features via auto-renewable subscriptions:
- The subscription fee is clearly displayed before payment confirmation
- Payment is charged to your iTunes Account at the time of purchase
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is disabled at least 24 hours before the current period ends
- You can cancel anytime via your iTunes Account settings
Pricing may vary by country or region and is subject to Apple’s billing policies.
5. How We Use Your Data
We use your data to:
- Deliver real-time speed alerts and driver rewards (RoadMiles)
- Operate contests such as ByeByeDepense
- Provide account management and subscription support
- Improve app functionality and user experience
- Comply with legal obligations
